Chili Garlic Bites

Chili Garlic Bites Recipe is great for people who are always busy and need food that isn’t messy and/or doesn’t go bad quickly.
I recommend eating these with tomato slices or dip. They’re also perfect as finger food.

Chili Garlic Bites Recipe

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup warm water (a little bit more if the dough is too crumbly)
  • 2 small-medium green chili peppers
  1. In a large bowl mix flour, instant yeast, garlic powder, black pepper and salt well together.

  2. Add water to dry ingredients and make a dough.

  3. Knead the dough well.

  4. Cover bowl and place in a warm place for 90 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  6. Chop chilli pepper and add to dough when risen, then knead it again.

  7. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

  8. Shape dough into relatively small balls and place on baking tray.

  9. Place tray in oven and let dough balls bake over 400 F for 15-25 minutes or until baked.

  10. Serve.
