Chili Garlic Bites Recipe is great for people who are always busy and need food that isn’t messy and/or doesn’t go bad quickly.
I recommend eating these with tomato slices or dip. They’re also perfect as finger food.
Chili Garlic Bites Recipe
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup warm water (a little bit more if the dough is too crumbly)
- 2 small-medium green chili peppers
In a large bowl mix flour, instant yeast, garlic powder, black pepper and salt well together.
Add water to dry ingredients and make a dough.
Knead the dough well.
Cover bowl and place in a warm place for 90 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Chop chilli pepper and add to dough when risen, then knead it again.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
Shape dough into relatively small balls and place on baking tray.
Place tray in oven and let dough balls bake over 400 F for 15-25 minutes or until baked.
