Microwave Besan and Potato Bites Recipe

besan potato balls

I have a bag of besan flour that’s been sitting here for a few months. It expires in two! I finally decided to make something with it as I hate wasting food with a passion! This microwave besan and potato bites recipe is one that I came up with today. These are relatively easy to make. They make great finger food as well as travel food. I tried them with ketchup and they were good. I hope you like this recipe!
