Microwave Besan and Potato Bites Recipe

Microwave Besan and Potato BitesI have a bag of besan flour that’s been sitting here for a few months. It expires in two! I finally decided to make something with it as I hate wasting food with a passion! This microwave besan and potato bites recipe is one that I came up with today. These are relatively easy to make. They make great finger food as well as travel food. I tried them with ketchup and they were good. I hope you like this recipe!

  2. Cover bowl and let it sit for an hour.
  3. Pop potatoes into microwave and bake them for 10-15 minutes or until fully baked.
  4. When both besan dough and potatoes are ready peel and mash potatoes.
  5. Add mashed potato to besan dough and mix them well together.
  6. Cover a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper.
  7. Shape dough into small-medium sized balls and place on parchment covered plate.
